Mr. Clayton R Bullock
Clayton got into real estate in the 1980's as his mom Gayle broke into the business. Clayton would ride around previewing houses for her buyers, and helping her get listings ready when he was in elementary school in West Austin. As a native-Austinite, Clayton knows every nook and cranny of this fast-growing community. Clayton specializes in helping sellers and buyers in central Austin. He sells homes from Bouldin to Hyde Park, from Zilker to Rosedale, West Lake Hills to Clarksville, and all points in between.
Clayton and his team at Moreland Properties bring to bear every resource a seller or buyer could want, from his affiliation with Christie's International Real Estate, to his many volunteer board positions around Austin. More than selling homes, Clayton is building community!
About Clayton Bullock
Selling real estate seven days a week and chasing after two active kids isn't enough to keep Clayton busy, so he still devotes significant time to the YMBL Austin Sunshine Camps Capital Campaign, Greenlights 501 Council, the City of Westlake Hills, The Creative Fund and Leadership Austin. More people are moving here each month, and since new home construction slowed 2007-2010, demand should exceed supply in the near future, driving inner-city prices up. Good for sellers, not so much for buyers looking for that killer deal. Buyers should act sooner than later while interest rates are still very low, and before the upward price trend produces less house for the money. Luckily being a native Austinite so active in the community gives Clayton special insight and limitless connections to the pulse of the market. Clayton is blessed to have married a brilliant Ft. Worth beauty named Cora, and together they have Georgia Grace and Graham. Clayton is very close to his mom Gayle (a 20+ yr. Moreland veteran), stepdad Bill Wiman, and dad Dan, a community and musical inspiration.
Some interesting community stats: Austin has doubled every 20 yrs. for the last 150 years. In 2030 it is projected that we will be 3 million. Local growth industries include technology manufacturing and tech research; software development/publishing; film/music/digital media, and professional service.
Austin has been good to me, and I make a donation to a local charity in my client's name every time I close a deal. To date I have been able to make donations on client's behalves for: Austin Sunshine Camps, Planet Cancer, Texas Unit of Recording for the Blind Dyslexic, the Ronald McDonald House, and Casa Marianella, Williams Syndrome Association, Save Our Springs, Town Lake Animal Shelter, Brain Injury Association of Texas, Austin Zoo, and the Long Center.
